  • All orders are processed with Cash on Delivery (COD)

🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

✅ Damaged Product (At the Time of Delivery)

If you receive a damaged or broken product during delivery:

  • You can reject the product immediately
  • Our delivery partner will return it to us
  • You will get a full refund or replacement (as preferred)

✅ Damaged Product (After Delivery)

If you discover any damage within 48 hours (2 days) after receiving the product:

  • Contact our support team immediately
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement product via courier at no extra cost

✅ Wrong or Fake Product

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Fake / not as described item

👉 Simply contact us and we will:

  • Arrange replacement delivery, OR
  • Provide a full refund

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product out of stock after order

Refund Method:
